The FICA department at ABSA is PATHETIC AND USELESS. Despite the fact that my details have been verified TWICE in the in 2013 (Between January- June) My accounts has just been suspended WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. Is there anybody at ABSA that can tell me what they actually do with our PERSONAL information? How many times must a person be verified in a year? I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED with the way ABSA treats their clients it is DISGRACEFUL.
