King Price Insurance offers a "Take Me Home" service to their clients. The service offers to pick you and your car up from your location and drive you and your car home. As a first time user of the service i was sceptical.
On Friday night we went out to a nightclub and had phoned King Price to reserve their services for a 1am pickup. The lady who confirmed the booking was professional and polite on the phone.
Half way through the night we changed locations and phoned King Price to confirm our location for pick up. Once again the operator was friendly and patient with us on the phone. I received booking confirmation smses on both occasions. At the exact time of pick up I received a call from the pick up company that they were in the parking lot waiting for us.
The second driver walked us to our car, which made us feel safer as we were two ladies parked quite distance from the nightclub in a dark parking lot. As we left the nightclub I received a call from King Price confirming that we had been fetched, I requested that they phone again in 30 mins to confirm we had arrived safely. They did that night and again the next day to ensure we were satisfied with the service.
