So i apply on-line for 2 smart devices... the galaxy tablet and the iphone 5... okay so i get called back and and go through the process of details and whatever else that needs to be done... i then call fnb and they tell mew its been approved and they tell me the totals that will be debited from my account... OKAY SO I NOW KNOW THAT IM GETTING MY DEVICES AND I WILL RECEIVE IT THIS WEEK... TODAY I GET A CALL TO TELL ME I MUST CHOOSE BETWEEN THE TWO DEVICES AND DO I WANT TO UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT TO A CHEQUE ACCOUNT... firstly---i want both devices that I CANNOT GET AND THEY EXPECT ME TO UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT!!! I THINK NOT... i am hoghly upset and really don't need this on a whole Monday morning... somebody has told a to make themselves look good and at my expense... I'm highly upset and disappointed!! thank You Simone
