EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ABSA. My bank card was cloned and R16 000 was.
on 30 June we phoned the department and card departments, they were so helpfully, told us how to prevent this from happening in the future.
Completed all forms at ABSA Meyerton, consultant on the desk was just as helpful. Phoned me two days later to say the followed up where it was and handed it over to department and told me it could take up to a month. Monday 8th department phoned and told me they are investigating and today 12 July the money has been refunded PLUS bank charges.
