I have been going through a financial crisis due to my car's engine that needed to be fixed, I contacted FNB and explained that I will not be able to pay one or two months but I will make up the arrears when eskom provides me with my Bonus in July/August. I missed an installment last month but I was able to pay an installment this month. To my horror they did a double deduction, is this allowed without notifying me. I am now back to where I started I do not have enough money to survive for the month. Please FNB, explain to me when you advertise FIRST FOR YOU and yet you do this to your customers.
