I have now received my third letter that MFC have added insurance to my account that i have given my consent to over the phone. This is a big lie, as I have never agreed to this in any way. I have tried to phone, on hold for 30 min to an hour then cut off. Have sent allot of E-Mail telling then to cancel this off my account with no reply.
If you that is MFC, take off the R1000 for insurance that O have not agreed to, I will reverse my debit order and will not pay you and this is sorted out.
This is and I will treat it as such. I have not signed or given consent over the phone for any insurance in my name. I will also like to hear the recording op the phone conversation that I have given consent to the insurance.
