Firstly. I never agreed to home insurance and they have added it to my account.
Then when I mentioned it, it was removed, but at my cost. Which is pathetic!!! As I only signed up for the car insurance and mentioned that I would look at home insurance further on but not now. Very bad!!! Now I've been noticing a debit order every month of R103... what is this. I work Monday to friday and cannot reach anyone, it's always out of the office hours:( Not impressed at all.
I would like to know how I will be refunded immediately of all this costs, that have been taken out of my bank account without my consent! Call me please. Unhappy client - Fay 0839666320
