Payback on account double paid

I have complained last month about this matter and Absa in not helping at all. After my husbands passing, I paid off all dept, but one of the vehicles was paid by the estate too, making it a double payment, the money has apparently gone into an unclaimed fund. After Ive done all the work for Elizabeth to find the correct person to deal with I asked her to send both my proof of payment and the banks. Then she sends a letter without the attachments. I asked her in a two week period to please send the proof of payment with no results, then I even cc'd her Superior mrs Reddy into the emails, but only got back "we acknowledge your concern". and that's where the communication ended.

I then asked can they send me the proof that they paid, than I will handle this like I ve done all the work already, I just got the same email send back to me "we acknowledge your concern". That's it, no proof of pay, No attempt to contact the unclaimed funds.
Its going for 3 years having a basic estate, with only me as a beneficiary. Also their is an amount outstanding of layers that was double paid. All part of this payback,
