Smart device department - too many stories

Hi,
I took out the smart device contract offer on the 1st July and was told that it shud take 10 days to 20 days... when i called on the 25th July was then told that they are waiting for my salary to reflect in my new Gold cheque accout.
Called again today and i was now told that, the request will be escalated to H/O and the salary is now reflecting but not sure why the order for the S4 has not be actioned ir ordered. I mean really, how long does one have to wait? why so many different stories! My patience is wearing thin, am a new client and is this how they treat you? Do i have to beg for the device to be ordered! Can someone at the FNB Head Office contact me inregards to all these excuses. its a month later and more stories... all my debit orders have been switched but NO SAMSUNG S4!!!
