REALLY THE WORST THING I COULD HAVE DONE

Does this BANK really care? They never get back to me even though I post on Hellopeter!!! I applied for a device via their FNB Dot store, only to be told a contract that expired 2 years ago is the reason they cant give me a device, but get this, my salary goes into their FNB account!!! Like seriously? First they have my salary as R25 then they fix it now i get told they cant give me a device due to a skipped payment on a contract thats paid up. SERIOUSLY GONNA close this account, so frustrating.
