Empty promises, and wasting my time

Well I decided to get me the Samsung Note 3 through FNB, I applied online and thought i would follow up the next day, I called them and told I was declined? anyway the lady told me oh no there seems to be an issue with my salary switching as this was a new cheque account, but she got it sorted and all was good I was going to get my device in 10-15 days, then I was at the bank the next day and asked them just for interest sake is there no way I can get the device faster, then I heard about the dotfnb store, I then called FNB cancelled my online order as I could get the phone quicker this way.

Went to the store where I was told sorry I don't qualify? the lady told me ok she will need to send in my paper work to the creditors and she will let me know i though this was fine, then today i was called by her and she told me i can come and collect the phone, very exited at this moment, and i get there just to be told no sorry i cant get the phone?

So the problem here is apparently that i must have at least 2 salary deposits into my account now i ask you why was this not told to me in the beginning? why the did you approve online in the first place if i didnt cancel it i would of got it
