I feel now they took me to their lawyers

I applied for a device which was approved but nobody told me that I need to be on the cheque account before but the device account was approved while I'm using the savings account... nobody has been dedicating money from the device so without notification they took me to their lawyers... so I went to the branch n I was told I a m not supposed to have the device because my salary is not going to my check account which they closed... so fnb approved the device without confirming my salary Is going to my check account... the lady at fnb told me and I quote " fnb does not notify when taking you to lawyers" this I's not my fault... I'm disappointed
