I took a tablet through debit order with fnb, with the agreement to pay on debit order when my salary gets paid in, for more than a year that has happened with no problem, then today i get an sms that says i have been handed to laywers because i am not paying my debit order??? THEY take off the debit order before my salary gets paid in, for more than a year everything has been going fine now they are suddenly stopping the debit orders? I just get an sms i am handed to the degal department. when i phone them to find out what is going on they lady is so rude sais i must give my number they will call me back when i hang up then i get no call back? if FNB can keep taking off my device insurance why did they stop taking off the device payment? this is unacceptable!!! i want answers on why this is happening
