3 WEEKS & I am still struggling with my accounts, blocked then unblocked... how long must this go one!! I have been in & out of the bank each time, as this keep happening. Your reply on this website is just to make you look like you respond, but in fact... YOU DON'T, I have not had a call from anyone to assist me with the issue. I have had to keep finding my account is blocked again & back into the bank... where each time you have to wait to get it sorted out. Yesterday, Nicolene (eastlands branch) very kindly sorted it out & apologised on your behalf. BUT, we are told to keep checking in 2 weeks to make sure it does not go on hold again??? ABSA get your act together, no wonder you are loosing clients, as this kind of service is NOT ACCEPTBLE!!!
