FICA - Account blocked

Hi worthless STD Bank or should I say NO STANDARDS bank.

I went into the branch to FICA my account on Tuesday 03-09-2013. Celeste Munnik at the branch assisted me. she told me that my account has been fica'ed and will be unblocked within 24 hours.

My account is still blocked AND IT IS FRIDAY, 06-09-2013! 24 HOURS HAS PASSED.

I called the call centre, which was a waste of time, as they could not assist me. They told me that I need to go back to the branch to have it done.

Why must I go back to the branch and spend more time because STD Bank messed up. Can a simple request not be fulfilled without any error?

Who suffers? Me!! The "valuable" client...

I do not even expect a reply because I know your way of doing business and handling complaints.

You should really step up your game! You cannot keep on the way you are. If systems and processes are not your forte then at least concentrate on being at least a bit client centric. Go out of your way for clients and make them feel valuable... you have been in the game for long enough to step up!!!
