I have fica'ed 4 times @ absa but they have blocked my accounts for the 2nd time. Each time I have to go into the branch, stand in a 30min queue, submit all docs only to receive an sms. 3mths latet advising my accs are once again blocked even thought the teller did the last one online & confirmed verification. My only option it seems is to close accs @ absa & move to another bank, after being with absa for 35yrs. What can one do?
