Answer your phone please, do i really have to beg?

I got an Sms notifying of money debited from my account by the brooklyn branch without my knowledge/consent, i contacted fnb call centre who then refered me to call the branch??? Anyway i called the branch and as im typing this complaint still holding for someone to answer the line, Im seriously fed up with the one bank that i trusted and liked. FNB Brooklyn please attend to my queiry, i will pay you if i have too Pleeeaaaaase
