How can FNB help me? Start acting like my bank!

I submitted a business loan application to Nischal Juta at your Brooklyn branch on Friday the 8th of February 2013. Now, I must mention that my accounts currently sit with the Menlyn Square branch in Pretoria but I contacted Nischal and asked him to assist as my own branch did not contact me back after I left 7 messages for the branch business banker to contact me so that I could setup a meeting.

I explained the situation to Nischal, handed him all the required documentation and I was assured that the application would be lodged immediately. We are now entering the 3rd week after I handed the application in and up to the very second I am typing this note, I have not received a single phone call, an email, an sms, absolutely nothing telling me what is happening with my application.

So here I sit eagerly awaiting feedback from FNB so that I can hopefully kick my development plan into action, create more jobs, grow the economy and my business (which in turn means more business for FNB) and I'm asking myself why?

I walked into two competitor banking branches this afternoon and after being assisted immediately I am handing all the documentation in tomorrow. FNB, watch and learn.
