FNB Service IS APPALLING

I went to Brooklyn branch two weeks ago to draw money from my business account and i waited approximately 1h30 minutes and at the end i was told that they couldn't verify where the money was coming from. Yesterday i went again to Brooklyn and was told by the business teller that i must go and withdraw the money (R50K) from my branch which is under renovations. Upon arrival at the Hatfield Branch on the same day, I was assisted in a professional manner by the tellers; Prudence, and i just forgot the other guy and their supervisor Ms. Natasha. I had to put a notice to withdraw R100K and it was explained that the branch is a mobile bank and such transactions cannot be carried out but because i've been hassling with Brooklyn, they will assist.

Today i went in and was assisted by Prudence and Ms. Natasha was on leave, then a 2nd supervisor had to authorise the amount. He came to me and he just humiliated me, shouting at me, telling me that this is a last time they will allow such a transaction and that they won't be held liable if i was being followed, and he screened at the immediate supervisor asking why they allowed such a transaction.
