Double charge for security token still not debited

After discovering that the security token was automatically and in error charged double on my account an employee in the Fourways branch contacted the Brooklyn branch and said that it will be corrected immediately.
Now more than a week later nothing has been done about it!
Obviously Capitec and their employees cannot be trusted.
Refund the money, transfer my debit orders back and close my accounts immediately please.
