We recently had to pay a bulk deposit at Menlyn Branch. Had a lot of trouble paying the amount and the manager was not helpful and we left without paying the money, suffice to say... The next day we went to the Brooklyn branch. We were received warmly and the floor manager directed us to a bulk teller (which your huge Menlyn branch does not have). Thank you to your floor manager and bulk teller (mrs Rampatla and the lady who assisted her) at Brooklyn branch for helping us. Great service!
