Went today to buy a PC game at Brooklyn Mall Musica. Got home and tried to install the game, however I get notified that my Activation key has already been used. As my home is far away from the Brooklyn branch I tried taking it back to my nearest branch, however they told me I cannot exchange it at their branch. This after selling goods to me. Very unhappy.
