WHATS THE USE OF INTERNET BANKING?

Why have electronic fascilities if one is still inconvenienced while using them. I have a small bussness account with bank, yes it does not make much money, but it does make something. I have never received any bank ststement from Nedbank to date not via post, not via email. Via internet banking, I have requested the ststements to be sent to TWO email addresses on a monthly basis, NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT TO DATE! And I shall not visit the branch, this is time consuming especially in WItbank where they have ONE person for our bussness needs, I end up waiting for hours literally. I need statements from Februay 2013 to date, i have to keep statements for my accountant every financial year. Someone let me know whats the problem, why am I not receiving the???
