Pathetic service from Nedbank

I am seriously disappointed in Ned banks service, after a friend referred me to Ned bank, I thought finally I have found a bank that will cater for my need. Last week Wednesday I opened an account with Nedbank on the internet, and advised them that I want to use the bank urgently. They removed the hold on the account so that my salary can be deposited and the only remaining thing was for me to go to the branch for FICA verification and collect my card. I went to the bank today 1st I was told my ID is old and I might be issue with the card, until I produce a better ID 2. The lady that was assisting me (Khanyisa Yoyo), irrespective of how I begged her and explained to her that I don't even have cash to go to the office, just saids to me that should come back after 48 hours. She did nt even want to hear a thing I was saying. She said I should call the call centre and see if they can assist. 5 hours later I just got to the office, I called the Nedbank call centre and I am being advised that no document has been sent to them from the branch . as we speak I do not have money for even petrol, my cars debit order is meant to go out on the 28th, no one seems to be interested in assisting
