PENALIZED/CHARGED FOR NEDBANK'S INCOMPETENCE

Nedbank Riverside Branch, Nelspruit disappointed me I was planning my trip to Zimbabwe. On 4th of March 2013 I visited the bank to increase my daily limit only to be advised by Ms. Linky Ledwaba to purchase an American Express Card Service a service not available. I phoned Nedbank only to be referred to American Express who told me that they can only send US1500 out of the US5000 which. The whole process took a week and I was the one making follow ups. I was forced to borrow money from Loan at 17% interest. On getting to SA, I tried to get the money from the card only to be tossed between Nedbank Riverside, Nedbank Ferreira & American Express, a process which took 25 days to have R30 898 deposited into my account. During the whole process I had told them (Nedbank Management) that my debts are in US$. Due to employment commitments I was not in Nelspruit for 6weeks. On Wednesday 12 June 2013, I returned to Nelspruit and went to the bank only to be told that I was supposed to visit the bank within 3 days after the money was deposited. R30 898 can only purchase US$2 900 instead of US$3500. The Acting Branch Manager, told me that ''Nedbank is a business and can't take the fall
