In March this year I opened a currrent accotnt with Nedbank and my salary is paind into this account. Until today I still have not received a signle statement on this account and when I call them to request it, they can't email it through to me?? On the 4th of September I call the call centre looking for an overdraft and I am told there is hold on my account for FICA, when I go to the branch in Randburg CBD they tell me its not FICA its something else. Today a consultant calls me and tell me that its the way I hadle the account??? like WHAT is this??? My Salary goes into the account and debit orders are paid!! the past six months with NEdbank on this account has been one problem after the other. Maybe its a sign that I should move back to FNB... and you wonder why Nedbank has moved out the best 4 main banks in South Africa. No one is actually taking time out to assist customers or give feedback at that.
