I have just had the most fustrating call with Standard Bank homeloan. They have gone and cancelled my access bond due a 1 debit order not going through, although I did do the transfer a few days later. They have now cancelled my access bond for 9 MONTHS... I am furious, but to make it worse they say there is nothing they can do. NOTHING... even though the monies was received. No manager, no supervisor, noone at standard bank can assist. Which I think is shocking to say the least.
Even when I tried to speak to a manager they keep saying NO ONE at Standard Bank can change the rule.
Well Standard Bank after being a loyal banker, with my personal, business and homeloan accounts for the last 13 odd years, I will be closing my accounts asap.
Standard Bank dont call this service. Its very dissappointing and I am left extremely fustrated to say the least.
