Standard Bank
Slow response from the bankand reluctance to help

I fell into arrears with my homeloan. In December I contact Standard Bank and corresponded with Standar Bank via e-mail through a layd called Sinqobile N. They came to the conclusion that if I make regular payments on my homelon of R5000 starting from end of December 2012 they will not auction my house off. I started paying the R5000. End of February I received a letter stating that my flat will be sold off on the 3rd or 4th of April 2013 via auction. I still owe R600 000 on the bond. In December 2012 whilst I was in discussion with the above lady she got frustrated with me and threatened that she will put my flat up for Sale of Execution. I was trying hard to keep my property.

A week ago I e-mailed Standard bank to see whether I can save my property. In the meantime Ive signed an offer to purcahse on my other house in Secunda and I said to Standard Bank that I will pay them R160 000 from the profit of the sale. The lady who bought my place is waiting for her pension money. I e-mailed them the offer. Up to date I have not heard anything from them. Im ancious to keep my property. If they sell it I will still owe the bank R400 00. A similar flat was sold off for R200 00.
