Good day my poor dad is waiting since 10/2012, I have been calling and calling and now in the new year the telephone 0861 5044 55 no longer takes calls and the other numbers given on the website is 031 3657700, 0313657701, 0313657702, 0860102544 and 011 8702000, nobody answers the phones, the last i hear was last year that the documents are with the acutural department and we should be receiving a statement that was last year 10/2012, since then there are no contact numbers, do i now contact the Registrar to find out information as this was approved by the Registrar? this is really bad service on their part. no communication nothing.
