I spent more than R1000 on phone calls trying to get hold of someone to assist me, no one answers the phone and I've been waiting an hour @ times in the call centre qeue to provide info requested by MIBFA. This service is totally disgusting and I think the next step is to involve the provident fund adjudicator if that will be any help at all. If there is anyone out there who can give advise plz do share all as mibfa dont even respond to all our queries & complaints!
