Updated Account on Creditcard - debtreview

I have been trying all day to get to speak to someone that can give me an update on my credit card thats under debt review, maybe they owe me money and thats why no one wants to help me, i spoke to legal, customer care, card collections, credit cards, and no one can help me, why is this??? I have 10 differents numbers i have called___ USELESS IS ALL I CAN SAY, IM SO GLAD I DONT BANK WITH THEM
