I really dont know why i bother writting on hellopeter as no one really cares i called the premium banking dept again today cause i need a credit card as we are going on a cruise in dec and the ship does not take debt cards only credit cards!!! they refuse to assist me in anyway not even to give me a R100 credit limit so i can put money into the credit card, you guys are soooooo full of yourselves and really dont care a dam about the individual needs of a customer how you guys are the top bank only you know. i am a platinum cheque account for what i get no benifits what so ever and i get charged more on my account what for a kick in their jack!!! you guys are so unhelpful i have a judgment on my name.from a stupid doctor and it is paid up in full as well as updated with ITC and you still refuse to help me what a bank you are!
