Nedbank refuses to give me a statement!

Some time ago I went under debt review. My Nedbank credit card was included.
The debt councelors I was using made a immense up causing Nedbank to deduct R6000.00 from my account on a specific month and then thereafter terminated my debt review.
I moved over to another debt councelor and continued the process.
I am now in a position to settle my debt. However my outstanding balance is LESS than my settlement balance (Which in turn neither of the figures seem correct)
NO ONE at nedbank will give me an up to date statment (Including the past 18-24 months) Nedbank is refusing to show me where my payments have gone and I have managed to obtain a few sheets of paper showing where I am being charged some bogus legal fees. Is Nedbank not interested in the settlement of my account? I have requested this information telephonically, through my debt counselor, email, Debt review department, legal department, Norton Attornies and have gone into a branch. And you telling me not one of these dpeartments have access to my statement???!!!
I request a statment accordingly.
