New Samsung S4 contract porting

I'm extremely frustrated. I have been trying everyday for a week to have my prepaid MTN number ported to the new Cell-C contract i have just opened. I have not contact anyone who can help. Been back and forth between Cell C and FNB and nothing... Cell C says that I need to contact FNB but FNB cant help. Call centers have been useless.. I was told some one from head office will contact me about the porting and nothing.. I have moved banks now and im starting to regret it. Trying to contact a person who can help you is a nightmare. Please give me an email address or FNB porting division number so I can sort this out. I cannot accept changing my number, it was one of the conditions I opened the contract on.

PLEEASSEEE some help!

PS I can't believe I need to come to Hellopeter to get help from my bank!!
