I have been a client of Platinum Life for the past 5 years, and the last 4 years nobody contacted me to ask me if I am happy with what I got or not. Every month Platinum deduct monies from my account without fail and quietly they would go on with their business as if I am non - existent.
I have no policy on record, so, today I phoned in to inquire my policy status i.e. what am I covered for, and what can I do to improve my benefits. I was told my benefits cannot be increased even if they deduct more money from my account I also asked why the lack of communication, I was told she don't know!
I am thinking is it worthwhile to still have the policy active or must I walk away completely!
