I want to thank Michelle from Platinum Life for the way in which she handled my claim on my policy. Michelle kept in constant contact with me and gave me regular feedback on the progress of my claim. Although I felt at times that Sherlock Holmes was needed to investigate my claim I do realize that it is important for all claims to be thoroughly investigated. I am grateful that I have this policy in place. Not having a medical aid proved to be very costly. I will be encouraging my friends and family to take out a policy with Platinum Life.
