New / Update of Policy

When I was younger I had a policy with Platinum life, we went through a bad patch, I can clearly recall that my husband phoned them and we were told that the policy will never expire.

Well I called today to re-activate my policy and was told it was totally cancelled - what happens to that money I have already paid, and furthermore they would not allow me to get a new policy as I needed to be referred.

My colleague at work is a platinum life member, she phoned and asked to refer me, and was told you can only refer one person, and she has used her one person.

Now the sales people phone to upgrade people and annoy some of them just to earn some commission, here I am calling in to you easy business but you cannot reactivate my policy, I am very confused, do you not want the business in todays economy.

Oh well, let me move along then I Suppose...
