I have legal ID that i pay R60 every month. I tired to submit today my policy via telephone. I was very dissappointant with the service that i received . i waisted an hour being transferred from one consultant to other and other puting me hold then have discussion. For a business to operate in such manner it is very dissappointing. I would like to submit claim for a civil matter. I called from 641000 .this policy debit my account on the 20th and if all the consultant dont have a clue is shocking
