TAKING MONEY FROM THE UNEMPLOYED

I took out this policy a couple of years ago, in January i lost my job and cancelled this policy. Yet for every cent that would come in they would deduct their premium. I cancelled it with my bank, and Platinum Life kept changing the amount thus the debit would go through. Two weeks ago i wrote another email to them, ordering them to cancel and asking for a refund, they promised that someone would call, to date, no call, no refund. I am disgusted by this behaviour and want my money back, just imagine if one had to be diagnosed with cancer, then this pathetic service would continue while you are dealing with so much emotional stress. I want my money back Platinum Life and I want it back NOW!!!
