My mom had a policy with Platinum Life for the past 3 years. Last Year she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After all the documents were submitted it took Platinum two weeks to pay out her full policy amount. After a month the lady even called to see if my mom was doing okay. They then sent her a pamper pack full of goodies with pyjamas, slippers, vouchers, and a book covering the type of cancer she has. a month later they called her again and this time she could choose a gift between gift vouchers or a spa day! They worry about their clients and they are sincere. never in my life have I had this service before. This is totally amazing as dealing with cancer in itself can be stressful. they just make your life easy with the little extras that they do for you. thank you to Platinum for making my mom feel special.
