Why do you people offer a service we agree too and then when there is times of need like ME A FEMALE DRIVER SITTING ON THE SIDE OF KLIPRIVER MOST DANGEROUS road in booysens after 10pm stranded, crying holding on the line for over 45min finally get on the line and get the most heartless women on the other end.does tears or one saying that they are stranded in an area with no street lights not alarm an attention to you people.

You ask for my card number which i give you, you cannot find it, you ask for my vehicle reg number i give that too, sorry mam we cannot assist you. we can send you a tow van which you will have to pay for? so what was the point in getting this and agreeing to this service?..1500 to pay for a tow? FNB how can we help you? really was that help that i got last night? you people need to get a new mission statement as your current one is wrong, and 2ndly get staff that are not heartless and know how to talk to people in distress.
