Refund still in Progress since December!!!

I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT IN DECEMBER WITH AN AMOUNT INCLUSIVE OF 7 DAYS OF INTEREST, I CALLED TO CONFIMR WHY AS I SETTLED IN ONE DAY. A TEAM LEADER DISCUSSED THE MATTER WITH ME AND ADVISE I WOULD GET A REFUND OF THE DIFFRENCE IN THE AMOUNT OF R161.00. I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND ENQUIRED ABOUT THIS THEY SAID THERE IS NO REFUND. I THEN SPOKE TO ANOTHER TEAM LEADER WHO IS ADNAND ABRAHAMS WHO SAID HE WILL COME BACK TO ME AFTER SAYING THAT IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 5 DAYS TO REFUND. I STILL AM YET TO RECEIVE HIS FOLLOW UP CALL AND MY REFUND... WHAT A JOKE... FROM MANAGEMENT!!!
