I've been with FNB for a good couple of years now and have received quite reasonable service from them in the past. However, as of late, they seem to be dropping the ball somewhat. During November 2012 I found that my business account and my personal account wasn't linked on my cellphone banking anymore. When I phoned FNB, a lady (I lost her name and the reference number she gave me when we moved in January) told me that I was not the only one and someone will phone me during the week to get it sorted out.

In the interim I used my online banking to transfer money between the accounts. I didn't follow up on the situation as it was a minor inconvenience at the time and I went on honeymoon in December. It's been a good couple of months now, and I just discovered that my personal account and my business account is not linked via online banking either anymore. So, not only did FNB not contact me to sort it out, they've actually made it worse.

On an unrelated note or related (who knows), my personal account was upgraded last year and I'm still waiting for my card. I did however receive 3 replacement business cards (including a Gold cheque card) and I have no idea why.
