Incorrect instruction

I received incoming forex and was emailed and sms'd to logon to the website and accept the quote within 28 days. I saw the quote, and contacted the helpdesk to find out why the commission was so high. I said I wanted to wait for a better exchange rate before accepting the quote. It was then released without my authorization.
