I took a loan with nedbank years back but the last time I received the statement was in 2011 around October and always when I call no one can give me an answer on why I cant get my statement everymonth or when I request that they can be emailed to me.
Even now I do not know what is my balance but they do not forget to deduct on my account for their debit please people send me my statement from 2011 till 2013 June I am tired of your bad service. The only thing you good at is to send me letters to get another loan.
