Worst bank experience

My card got, without my knowledge and money got transferred out of my account. and I asked the bank to at least trace this, they came back to me saying that the bank can not be held responsible as my bank card was used, and what I don't get is how can somebody access my pin just as easily, and they cannot trace who the money was transferred to as it was to a cell phone number. what is the point of them having a department if such matters cannot be resolved. I feel it should be their responsibility to find out at least who the money got transferred to . isn't that why we Rica all sim cards now? Now I feel that if anyone can get my card they have access to my account and not be traced as well... this raises a question of how safe is my money with Standard bank?
