First National Bank
Why auction house if arrangement has been accepted

FNB still declined my Debt Review proposal with their counter offer accommodated and revised Proposal was sent with no proper reason as to why they do not want to reinstate. Arranged with FNB that since they do not want to reinstate my bond into the DebtReview I have no other choice then than to withdraw the bond from the Debt Review and to pay them directly. On 29 April an arrangement was made with Noma from the Legal Department - she said I must pay back the arrear amount over 6 months together with my original instalment. She gave me an amount of R1700.00 to be paid over 6 months. They recieved the proposed amount already for April 2013 and will recive the arranged amount from 15 May 2013. She also said that if they receive the R1700.00 on the 15th they are not allowed to take further action. On Friday 10 May 2013 I received an sms stating that if I do not pay my arrears on my bond account number: 300070055569 within the next 3 days my property will be sold on aution - Also someone phoned me, reminded me of my arrears and that I suddenly must pay back more than the arranged instalment. Please I need Profesional explenation on this - . Please I urgently need a reply on this.
