Debit order reversal blocking of a debit ode

Letter of dispute and complaint to Capitec Bank

To the complaints department:
This letter is to inform Capitec bank that I am not happy with their service, I came to Capitec thinking that I will get better service however the service I have received from Capitec for the last few months has been bad service.
Firstly I went to Krugersdorp branch on the 29th of August 2013 to request them to reverse a debit order from African bank for the amount of R700 and R800 then I was told they can't reverse it unless they get a letter from African bank granting them to do so or alternatively I have to block the debit order as I'm in a dispute with African bank. The lady that assisted me of whom I can't remember her name blocked both debit orders as per request from me.
At the end of September on the 25th 2013 the debit of R551 from African bank went through and when I called the Randfontein branch I was advised to go to the branch near me and block it again, I then went to Westgate mall branch to block it on the 25th of October 2013 to block and it was done and I signed documents confirming that I requested for debits to be blocked, unfortunately when I rec
