First National Bank
It takes FNB 3 months to reverse a debit

I reported the transaction on my account on the 10 July 2013 and I was promised by the bank that it will be reversed after 5 working days. After 5 days I went 2 the bank and they told me I should wait again for another 5 days but still nothing happened, on the 21/08/2013 I spoke to Samuel Mahlangu who told me that they had a problem with their systems and the dispute form is not there so I should re-send it and wait for 7 days, so I waited but still nothing happened. On the 28/08/2013 the supervisor in carlton centre branch sent an email to Celeste Taylor who works for dispute department and even now nothing has been done. On the 7/09/2013 I went to the bank in carlton centre and the dispute department told me that they will only give me the response on the 28/09/2013 which is 3 months after the transaction was reported. FNB service.
