PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

On the 24th of May 2013 I transferred 10000 from my cheque account to my savings pocket, which apparently has been closed without my knowledge. This left me without knowing as to in which account the money has been transferred to. I went to Wonderpark branch to enquire about this and I was referred to the branch where I opened the account which is Centurion. At Centurion I was told and also shown that the money is in my petrol card (which was opened without my knowledge) and they phoned the credit card department and I was informed that I must submit a letter which states that I transferred the money from my cheque account to an unknown account and they will acknowledge it within 48 hrs. After 48 hrs I was informed that the letter has been received and they only need a case number for them to transfer my money back. The case number was generated on the 29th of may 2013. From there on I kept on phoning to find out when the money will be transferred back and I was sent from pillar to post without any resolution and until now (22/06/2013) I am still waiting for my money. Can somebody please help me in getting my money back because I don't know who else to call and I need my money back
